Whenever you are going to use rice or pasta in a baked dish you always want to boil it just until it is al dente. Meaning that it's cooked but it's still firm,otherwise it will turn to mush.Answer #2:
Cook your rice per instructions, almost done; about 15 minutes remaining. When using as a stuffing, decrease your liquid to cook the rice with, by a couple of TBLS .It should be just fine.** Powered by Yahoo Answers
